KYOTO DENIMでは、店舗で一緒に働いていただけるアルバイトスタッフを募集しています。
私たちが大切にしているのは、ただ商品を販売することではありません。
京都の伝統的なものづくりと現代のデザインを融合した「KYOTO DARUMA」をはじめ、それぞれの作品がどのように生まれ、どんな想いが込められているのかを、お客様へ丁寧に伝えること。
京都を訪れる国内外のお客様との会話を楽しみながら、一人ひとりに合った作品との出会いをお手伝いする仕事です。
接客経験だけでなく、京都、工芸、デザイン、アート、海外とのコミュニケーションに興味のある方を歓迎します。

京都を訪れる国内外のお客様が来店するショップです。日々さまざまな国や文化のお客様との出会いがあります。

KYOTO DARUMAをはじめ、京都の伝統技術と現代デザインを融合した作品について、接客を通じて学ぶことができます。
03｜販売だけではない経験
希望や適性に応じて、SNS、写真・動画、イベントなど、ブランド発信に関わる仕事を経験する機会もあります。

勤務時間
シフト制
週2日〜 / 1日4時間〜勤務可能
店舗営業時間：9:00〜19:00
※土日祝・夕方の時間帯に勤務できる方歓迎

- 店頭での接客・販売
- KYOTO DARUMAをはじめとした作品・商品のご案内
- レジ対応
- 商品ディスプレイ・在庫管理のサポート
- 店内運営のサポート
- SNSや店舗イベントの運営サポート（希望・適性に応じて）

スタッフは単なる「販売員」ではなく、

RECRUIT / PART-TIME STORE STAFF
Share Kyoto Craftsmanship with the World.
KYOTO DENIM is looking for part-time staff to join our Shop & Gallery, located approximately five minutes on foot from Kyoto Station.
Our work is about more than simply selling products.
At the heart of our gallery is KYOTO DARUMA — a contemporary expression of Japanese culture created through Kyoto craftsmanship and denim.
As a member of our team, you will welcome visitors from Japan and around the world, introduce the stories behind our works, and help each customer discover something meaningful to take home from Kyoto.

79-3 Koinari-cho, Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto
Approximately 5 minutes on foot from Kyoto Station
Hourly Wage
From ¥1,180 / hour
Wage increases may be available based on experience and performance.
Working Hours
Shift-based
Minimum 2 days per week / 4 hours per day
Store hours: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
Weekend, holiday, and evening availability is especially welcome.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting customers
- Introducing KYOTO DARUMA and other KYOTO DENIM works
- In-store sales and cashier duties
- Supporting product displays and inventory management
- Assisting with daily store operations
- Supporting social media and events depending on interest and experience
Who We’re Looking For
- Someone who enjoys meeting and talking with people
- Someone interested in Kyoto and Japanese culture
- Someone interested in craftsmanship, art, or design
- Someone who enjoys communicating with visitors from around the world
- Someone who works well as part of a team
- Someone who appreciates and can represent the KYOTO DENIM brand
Experience or interest in customer service, foreign languages, social media, photography, video, fashion, art, tourism, or Kyoto culture can also be valuable.
Specialist knowledge of Japanese craftsmanship is not required. You can learn about our works and their stories as you work with us.
